What was the highlight of Calypso Resort
Very enjoyable authentic experience.
The small family run resort is well located with many small shops and services close by. They have a small fleet of motor scooters which are reliable and somewhat essential for reaching the prime beach locations and attractions both on Pangalo and Bohol. I have too say the owners and staff are extremely welcoming and kind and if you invest some time in getting to know them your stay will be that much more enjoyable.
The only minor thing I can speak too is the fact that the unit we occupied was adjacent to the parking bay for the scooters which can be a bit noisy for light sleepers.

Very Good
Great great staff really nice and many thing to do for kids with the swimming pool having a slide and a nice pool table for the guys
Our room was not cleaned when we came back, and there where many electricity crashes

Good
The pool facilities and the food was really great. The location is central but keep in mind it's not on the beach.
Bedrooms are very basic, can't complain though because it fits the price.
